I believe women's rights are still an issue today and suffrage was the beginning of the great feminist movement that still occurs today.
I am fascinated by the treatment of different groups that arrive in Canada and how each is often linked to certain jobs and industries.
Canada is a young country and it is so interesting to see how far we've come and how hard some people have worked to make our lives better.
