Pursuing Educational Equality in Northern Ontario

To achieve the vision of a Just Society, educators in Ontario would pursue polices of equality, multiculturalism and Indigenity to begin the process of providing equal educational opportunities for all minorities. To facilitate this change, various educational leaders in Ontario spearheaded programs, curricular changes and were activists in their own right chasing the vision of equal schooling. These efforts have not been explored but yield new historical light onto the dark chapters in Canada's past for various cultural minorities and Indigenous peoples.
