I chose this question because the topic of Aboriginal rights struck a chord with me in social studies class.
I chose this question as Aboriginal rights interest me. I thought that if I researched them my appreciation for the subject would grow.
I hope to illustrate that through the judicial system Aboriginal peoples are able to ensure their rights are affirmed by the government
