Changing Governments Many Regrets Later

Could the hands of the clock turn back to a time before the actions of reckless governments? Canada’s history remains a tale of success characterized by bravery and ambition. However throughout its history there have been several instances of injustice such as the treatment of the indigenous first nations, and more specifically their forced assimilation in to residential schools. Since the 1500’s natives have been oppressed, and the difficult task of compensation now falls on the present day government. In addition the government should take action to prevent all other such atrocities in the future.
