Vimy Ridge’s Role in the development of Canada

Vimy Ridge allowed Canada to begin severing it’s British connection and act as an independent nation, internationally. The severing of the British connection allowed Canada to develop into the inclusive and multicultural national community Canadians and the world know and love today.
