Ethan Vancouver, British Columbia

Fair address: Vancouver Heritage Fair

Project: 'S' Marconi and the first translatantic signal (the origins of WiFi)

Marconi's first long range signal crosses the Atlantic, this becomes History, and part of the Origins of WiFi

What was the most interesting thing you learned about your topic?

Building a radio with my father helped me appreciate how difficult it must have been over 100 years ago to send wireless signals.

What important lessons have you learned that you want to share with other Canadians?

After going to the regional Heritage Fair, I learned how fun it can be to share knowledge with other kids.

How would you compare your life today to the lives of those studied in your project?

Life today is more advanced but our excitement for progress is the same.
