My project is about the brave ment who went overseas in the 1st Canadian Parachute batallion in World War Two, to stop Hitler in his aim to reach world dominaiton.
What was the most interesting thing you learned about your topic?
The most interesting thing that I learned whilst doing this project is that they were one of the only battalions in the war to never lose a single objective.
What important lessons have you learned that you want to share with other Canadians?
I've learned that without these brave men and women in our military services, that we wouldn't have the freedom and rights we have today.
How would you compare your life today to the lives of those studied in your project?
Life today is much better than in the 1940s. today we need to worry about the new iPhone and Terrorism, in the 40's they needed to worry about complete world domination under Hitler's regime.
