Relationships Between Canada and Indigenous People

The conversation of reconciliation needs to happen. More steps need to be put in place to improve the relationship between Canada and Indigenous peoples. The first step towards reconciliation is educating the public on Indigenous peoples. Education on these issues is important for youth to improve these problems. If they are not aware of these issues how will they be able to fix them and tackle them? A Reconciliation Pole would bring my community together and show how we support Indigenous people. Supporting Indigenous people and providing them with resources. Reconciliation must happen in Canada and a Reconciliation Pole would drastically help.
