Griffin and Charles Mulligan

Younger brother Charles suffered several bullet wounds near the end of August 1918 while fighting near Arras during the “Hundred Days Offensive.”


Both Griffin and Charles were members of the 27th Battalion, and each survived the war. Older brother Griffin headed to California following the war, and it’s believed he worked in the movie business. He died in 1934. Younger brother Charles suffered several bullet wounds near the end of August 1918 while fighting near Arras during the “Hundred Days Offensive.” After the war, he moved to the United States in the early to mid-1920s and then to Asia in the early 1930s. He was not heard from again.
